Our team of over 400 provide renowned, bespoke catering for every part of this week-long tournament. VIP hospitality for 10,000 guests, public catering in the brasserie and self-service café, and comprehensive ‘behind the scenes’ catering for all the staff involved in this prestigious event.

Planit specialise in extraordinary spectacular parties, award ceremonies, launches and celebrations. Their Christmas events have new, exciting themes every year and Planit designers construct amazing surroundings to reflect those themes, which are also reflected in the creative food and drink offers. Planit events are sensational, their settings are put together with flair and originality, and their quality is unrivalled.
During the Christmas party season, Mecco teams cater for up to 3000 guests each night at 2 separate venues: Victoria Embankment Gardens on the river front opposite the south bank centre, and The Tower of London, in the moat gardens beneath the stunning medieval castle.

In 2005 the MCC's decision to really focus on quality catering for their hospitality and banqueting business led them to establish a specialist in-house MCC catering team. Mecco were asked to partner the MCC and provide bespoke hospitality catering within the Nursery and temporary catering areas, at the major events including the Ashes. Mecco are proud of their contract and continue to compliment the success Lord's has seen in all areas.
